FRANKLIN, Ind. (April 15, 2017) – The Franklin College men's tennis team played two home matches on Saturday afternoon.

Franklin defeated Manchester 6-3 in the first match and lost to Greenville 5-4 in the second.

Franklin's singles winners in the first math were Alex Hammer at No. 1, Ethan Caldwell at No. 2, Blake Amonett at No. 3 and Dan Hicks at No. 6. Hammer and Caldwell won at No. 1 doubles and Kyle Sauley and Amonett won at No. 2 doubles.

Against Greenville, the Grizzlies' singles winners were Caldwell at No. 2, Amonett at No. 3, Sauley at No. 4 and Josh Stewart at No. 6.

Franklin returns to action April 19 against visiting Mount St. Joseph.
