ANDERSON, Ind. (April 12, 2017) – The Franklin College men's tennis team earned a 6-3 win Tuesday afternoon at Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference opponent Anderson University.

With the win, the Grizzlies improved to 4-4 overall and 3-1 in the HCAC.

Franklin's singles winners were Alex Hammer at No. 1 (6-3, 6-2); Blake Amonett at No. 2 (6-1, 6-1); Ethan Caldwell at No. 3 (6-3, 7-5); and Kyle Sauley at No. 4 (6-0, 6-3).

In doubles, Hammer and Caldwell won at No. 1 (8-3), and Dean Elrod and Dan Hicks won at No. 3 (9-8, 7-5).

Franklin's next match is 10 a.m. Saturday against visiting Manchester.
