Men's Tennis Loses at Hanover

Hanover, Ind. - The Franklin College men's tennis team lost its second straight Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference road match in a 9-0 match to Hanover College on Sunday.

The doubles team of junior Ethan Caldwell (Terre Haute, Ind./Terre Haute North) and sophomore Alex Hammer (Greenwood, Ind./Greenwood) lost a hard-fought 9-7 match on the No. 1 court. Caldwell lost in straight sets at No. 2 singles.

Sophomore Kyle Sauley (Madison, Ind./Madison) lost in straight sets at No. 3 singles. Hammer lost by identical 6-2 set scores at the top of the singles lineup.

Franklin returns to action on Wednesday, April 6, at 4:30 p.m. when it hosts Anderson University from the Mickel-Hoover Tennis Complex.
