Six Franklin College tennis players were named Academic All-District by the College Sports Communicators (CSC) on May 13. Seniors Nathan Jarboe, Dustin Garrison and Sydney Carson, along with juniors Lucas Densford and Ezra Schwier and sophomore Ailyn Hendricks, were each recognized for their work on the court and in the classroom with the yearly honor. Each maintained a cumulative grade-point average of 3.50 or higher and meeting the participation requirements to qualify.
Jarboe and Garrison, who held down the top two singles spots for the Griz men's team in the spring, both earned their second career Academic All-District honors, while the others were named for the first time.
