SPRINGIELD, Ohio. – The Grizzlies traveled to the Wittenberg Invitational (Feb. 22) to battle with a mix of Division I, II, and III opponents.

Women's Results
Ella Bashor got the Grizzlies started in the mile, setting a new personal best (5:49:00), while freshman
Fiona Sodrel came not far behind (5:55.93).
In the field,
Victoria Abston consistently threw 10 meters in the weight throw, ending with a final toss of 10.18m (33'4.75").
Men's Results
Starting the day off strong, freshman
Alex Shaevitz got his college career started in the long jump, leaping 6.80m (22'3.75"), putting him third all-time indoor. Shaevitz would return later in the high jump, bouncing 1.89m (6'2.25"), secured the number three spot all-time. Finishing out the field events, senior
Max Malone tossed finished the night with a toss of 13.58m (44'6.75").
The men's 400m squad, outshined their performances from last week, four athletes securing personal best/top 10 all-time indoor marks. Senior
Luke Paddock got the ball rolling (50.77), breaking the school record. A heat later, Sophomore
Steven Scott and senior
Logan McIntosh would dip under that record, (50.48) and (50.53), respectively. Scott taking the record for himself, while Paddock and McIntosh take the second and third all-time spots, respectively. Freshman
Nathan Vujaklija (52.10), claimed the 10
th spot all-time. In the men's 800m, senior
Elliot Gough ran a personal best (1:58.41), to snag the fifth spot all-time. Rounding out the night, freshman
Brayden Wilkins dropped a personal best (22.68), claiming the school record by .2 seconds.
