FRANKLIN, Ind. — The Franklin College baseball team was recognized by the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) as a recipient of the 2024-25 ABCA Team Academic Excellence Award. The award is presented to ABCA member teams from all levels of high school and collegiate baseball that maintain a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher during the academic year.

The Grizzlies, who were one of 440 college teams across all divisions that were honored this year, have received the award every season this decade.
