FRANKLIN - The Franklin softball team has announced changes to this weekend's schedule of game as well as the addition of four contests set for the start of April.
The Grizzlies' weekend double-header with Aurora, originally set for Sunday (Mar. 23) afternoon, has been moved up a day due to the threat of rain in Illinois that day. Franklin and Aurora will play two games on Saturday (Mar. 22) at 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. eastern time.
Additionally, the Grizzlies have added double-headers with a pair of MIAA teams on consecutive days to kick off the month of April. Franklin will play two games against Adrian on Apr. 1, resuming their contest that was suspended at last weekend's Pioneer Classic and playing a second game afterwards. First pitch of that twin bill is set for 3:00 p.m. One day later, the Grizzlies will face off with the University of Olivet for two games on the campus of Trine University, with first pitch coming at 3:00 p.m.
