HANOVER, Ind. – The Franklin women's track and field team had a busy weekend of competition, taking part in the WashU Distance Carnival on Friday (Mar. 29) before heading to Hanover for the Panther Invitational on Saturday (Mar. 30).
The Grizzlies earned one event win and a whole host of top-five finishes at Hanover, earning 49 points and a fifth place finish as a team. The night before, Franklin had a pair of junior runners taking part in the Distance Carnival with
Ella Bashor and
Emily Rector representing the Grizzlies.
