TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – The Franklin College women's tennis team competed in their final road match of the regular season on Saturday (Apr. 24), taking on the Rose-Hulman Engineers at the Brickway Tennis Club.
The Grizzlies (4-5, 1-3 HCAC) battled hard against one of the top teams in the conference, falling to the Engineers (4-2, 4-1 HCAC) by a 9-0 count. Rose captured each singles match in straight sets and only dropped seven points in doubles play. The list of scores can be found below.
Franklin returns to competition next Saturday (May 1) when they host the Anderson Ravens at Grizzly Park in their final competition of the regular season. First serve is set for 10:00 a.m.
