FRANKLIN, Ind. - The Franklin women's tennis team welcomed the Cougars of IU-Kokomo to the Mickel-Hoover Tennis Complex on Sunday (Sept. 22) afternoon, the third time this fall Franklin has welcomed an in-state NAIA foe to town. 

The Grizzlies (2-3) dropped their meeting with the Cougars (5-3) wit IU-Kokomo taking all nine points to earn their first win all-time against the Grizzlies. Doubles play saw the Grizzlies manage just three points and all six singles matches were decided in straight sets. The results can be found below.

Franklin returns to conference play next Saturday (Sept. 28), putting their unbeaten league record on the line in a match against the Anderson Ravens. First serve from Anderson is set for 11:00 a.m.
