Abi Medaugh made her collegiate women's soccer debut a memorable one.

Starting in place of injured junior Emma Watson, the freshman stopped all six shots on goal to help the Grizzlies come away with a 0-0 draw at Muskingum on Saturday.

A product of Alexandria, Kentucky, Medaugh helped lead her high school team to district and regional titles as a junior and the Elite Eight as a senior. Her first 90 minutes in action for the Grizzlies continued that trend.

Franklin will be back on the road Wednesday at Asbury before hosting Hanover in its HCAC opener on Saturday afternoon.
