Franklin College added three legendary alums to its Athletic Hall of Fame Thursday night, formally inducting the 2025 class of Sarah (Condra) Langdon, Anna (Murdock) Larson and Ian Sanders in an on-campus ceremony Thursday night. The crowd on hand in the Branigin Room included friends and family of the inductees as well as previously enshrined Hall of Famers, Franklin administrators and current Grizzly coaches and athletes.
Langdon, a former women's basketball star who graduated in 2012, was introduced by her former coach Kim Eiler. Murdock, an NCAA champion on the track and a 2015 alumna, was also presented by her Franklin coach,
Paul Sargent, while Sanders, a standout on the baseball diamond, was introduced by friend and teammate Shaun Pennington. All three inductees shared fond memories of their time on campus and talked about how their experiences in Franklin helped shape them into successful adults, spouses and parents.
Each inductee received a plaque and medal during the induction ceremony, then adjourned to the Spurlock Center to formally add their faces to the Hall of Fame wall in the lobby. Those will be on display throughout Homecoming weekend and beyond.
