Looking for its second win in three days, Franklin women's tennis didn't waste much time, shutting out Olivet 7-0 on Saturday without dropping a set.
The Grizzlies dropped just three games across three doubles matches, with 
Ailyn Hendricks and 
Emma Tranter posting a 6-0 win at No. 1, 
Emma Sappenfield and 
Eleanor Stillabower taking a 6-1 victory at No. 2 and 
Sofie Ballesteros and 
Alleigh Leezer rolling in the third spot, 6-2.
In singles, Franklin finished off the visitors quickly, losing just 11 games in the process. Hendricks was a 6-3, 6-0 winner at first singles, Tranter won 6-2, 6-2 at No. 2 and 
Reagan Cox picked up a 6-1, 6-1 victory in the third position. Stillabower won a love match at fifth singles, while Leezer and 
Kelly McClure were 6-1, 6-1 victors at No. 4 and No. 6, respectively. 
Now 5-4 on the season, the Grizzlies will finish up the fall portion of their campaign with a home match against Alma next Sunday (Oct. 12).
