FRANKLIN – The Franklin women's soccer team opened a two-game homestand under the lights on Wednesday (Oct. 11) night, hosting the Hanover Panthers.
 
The Grizzlies (2-6-6, 1-2-2 HCAC) dropped their showdown with the league-leading Panthers (9-1-3, 5-0 HCAC), dropping a 4-0 matchup.
 
Hanover got on the board with a pair of goals over a 2:01 stretch early in the first half and added goals in the 61^st and 83^rd minutes, respectively. The Griz generated just two shots on target on the night, coming on long-distance shots from Dianna Rollag and Lauren Barker.
