FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Franklin men's soccer team wrapped up a busy 10 days to start the season on Saturday (Sept. 10) afternoon, taking on the St. Francis Cougars in a non-conference road match.
Junior
Eddy Yousak netted his third goal of the year for the Grizzlies (0-5), but they would fall to the Cougars (6-0-1) by a 6-1 count.
Yousak opened the scoring at the 15:22 mark of the first half, getting a feed from
Cooper Gross and depositing Franklin's first shot of the game into the back of the net. Yousak's goal matches a single-season career high with three with Gross picking up his first career point with the helper.
