FRANKLIN, Ind. – The Franklin volleyball team welcomed the Transylvania Pioneers to the Spurlock Center on Wednesday (Oct. 5) night to close out a two-match homestand.
The Grizzlies (7-10, 1-1 HCAC) were swarmed by the Pioneers (14-5, 2-0 HCAC), falling in three sets 25-12, 25-14, 25-16.
Freshman
Hope Moring topped the Grizzlies with six kills and three aces on the night.
Billie Jarrett handed out 12 assists,
Campbell Clark topped the team with eight digs and
Chloe Holder's two blocks led the way for FC.
Franklin looks to bounce back on Friday (Oct. 7) night, when they head to Ohio to meet the Bluffton Beavers. First serve is set for 6:00 p.m.
