FRANKLIN, Ind. (April 24, 2017) The Franklin College women's lacrosse team lost 13-12 in overtime Wednesday night against visiting Ohio River Lacrosse Conference opponent Hanover College.

Hanover scored the winning goal at the 3:55 mark of overtime.

Seniors Lexi Ingram and Hannah Grow and junior Abby Stayer had three goals each for the Grizzlies. Junior Jess Silva had two goals and junior Cali Welti had one.

With the loss, the Grizzlies slip to 6-5 overall and 4-3 in the ORLC.

Franklin's next game is Friday at ORLC rival Transylvania. Game time is 7 p.m.
