2022-23: Appeared in 21 games off the bench, averaging 4.1 points per game on 37.5% shooting...dropped a season-high 15 points on two occasions, coming in matchups with Olivet (12/7) and Eureka (12/28)...netted the first double-double of her career with 12 points and 12 rebounds in a season-high 27 minutes in a win over Defiance (12/3).

About Lauryn: Daughter of Ryan and Cami Bates...has three siblings; Katie, Seth and Ethan...enjoys reading, painting and baking...was a four-time all-conference and all-area selection, a two-time state runner-up and named the Girls Basketball Athlete of the Year in her county...member of the National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society in high school...picked up two points in one match for the Griz women's tennis team in spring 2023.
