Cyleigh Wilson begins her coaching career as a Franklin College assistant after a distinguished playing career at the Division III level.
A native of Sandy Hook, Connecticut, Wilson starred at Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania, starting every game of her first three seasons before primarily coming off the bench in 2024-25. She made the All-Landmark Conference first team as a junior, when she ranked second nationally in 3-point shooting percentage (48.3%), and helped lead the nationally-ranked Blue Jays to three NCAA Division III tournament appearances. A two-time team captain who scored 1,038 points over four years, she graduated as the school and conference all-time leader in 3-point percentage and makes (season and career).
Wilson — whose parents are both Indiana natives — has also prepared for her transition into coaching as a member of the WBCA's 2024 "So You Want To Be A Coach" program class, and she has completed a basketball analytics certificate program. She looks forward to helping the Grizzlies find success through hard work, positivity and dedication.
