Franklin College

Sam Kinder joined the Franklin College men's basketball coachingstaff for the 2014-15 season as an assistant coach.

He comes to Franklin from Beech Grove High School where Kinderhas assisted with program development from high school toelementary level and both the varsity and junior varsity teams.Kinder has served as the Director of Beech Grove Youth BasketballLeague.

Kinder has also been a part of the Indiana Basketball CoachesAssociation State Coaches Clinics in 2013 and 2014. He has alsoattended Butler fall practices under Head Coaches Brad Stevens andBrandon Miller, while also working the Purdue University men'sbasketball camp under Head Coach Matt Painter.

Kinder received a bachelor of science in education fromUniversity of Indianapolis and was a three-sport athlete atLogansport Community High School.
