Biography

2018: Started all 10 games on the defensive line, earning Second Team All-HCAC accolades...finished with 35 tackles while recording team-highs in tackles for a loss (8) and sacks (3.5)...forced and recovered a pair of fumbles...finished with 1.5 sacks in a win over Mount St. Joseph (11/3)...recorded seven solo tackles, one sack, three tackles for a loss, one forced fumble and a pair of fumble recoveries in a win over Bluffton (11/3)...matched a career-high with seven stops one week later against Hanover (11/10).

2017: Appeared in nine games for the Grizzlies, recording 18 tackles and three sacks…made five tackles and recorded his first career sack against Defiance (9/16)…recorded a sack in the Grizzlies’ playoff game against Wartburg (11/18).

2016: Made four appearances, recording one tackle.

High School: Honorable mention all-state performer at Monrovia High School...earned all-conference honors.

Personal: Majors in elementary education...son of Grant and Melissa Hale...twin brother Brady is also a member of the football team.
