The Spurlock Center serves as the home for Franklin's men's and women's basketball, men's and women's volleyball and eSports teams. The multi-purpose facility also houses offices for coaches and athletic administrators, an athletic training suite, an indoor golf hitting area, two classrooms and a walking/jogging track.

The Lawrence L. Wells Suite on the second floor overlooks the basketball court and serves as a place to host meetings and public reception events.

The Spurlock Center was built in 1975 and completely renovated in 1996. The facility also features a weight room and cardio area for student-athletes and the campus community to use.

Franklin College's annual commencement is also held inside the Spurlock Center to conclude each academic year.
