Fall 2021: Started all 10 games at defensive tackle, recording 50 tackles, 3.5 sacks, 10 tackles for loss and one fumble recovery...named Second Team All-HCAC...recorded a season-high eight tackles in the win over Rhodes (9/11)...made four solo tackles and scored his first career touchdown, taking a fumble 53 yards to the house in the homecoming win over Bluffton (10/16).
Spring 2021: Named Second Team All-HCAC after recording 29 tackles, 3.5 sacks, 2 forced fumbles and one interception across seven games...recorded his frist career interception in the season opener against Anderson (3/6)...made seven tackles with a pair of sacks in a win over Bluffton (3/27).
2019: Started all 10 games at defensive tackle, earning Honorable Mention All-HCAC honors...finished fifth on the team with 40 tackles while adding 2.5 sacks and 12 tackles for a loss...set a career-high with 10 tackles against Manchester on Oct. 19...had a personal best five solo stops in a win over Bluffton on Sept. 21...recorded a season-high 2.5 tackles for loss on two occasions, coming in wins over Anderson (Oct. 12) and Bluffton (Nov. 9).
2018: Appeared in three games, finishing with six tackles and 1.5 tackles for a loss.
Prior to Franklin: Former all-state, all-county and all-conference selection at Sheridan HS.
Personal: Son of Doug and Lavonna Swindle...has three siblings; Liz, Erica and Aerick...enjoys playing basketball, playing baseball and working on the horse farm...Exercise Science major.
