Another week, another HCAC hardware haul for Franklin swimming and diving.

The Grizzlies secured three of the conference's four weekly awards, with Avery Tomlinson being named the HCAC Women's Swimmer of the Week and divers Phoenix Simons and Alexis Fleming sweeping the men's and women's honors on the boards.

Fleming has now claimed the women's diving award six times this season. Tomlinson and Simons are two-time winners.

Tomlinson paced the Griz women in a dual at DePauw last Saturday, winning the 100- and 200-yard breaststroke events with respective times of 1:09.82 and 2:30.42. She was also second in the 200 individual medley and swam on Franklin's 200 medley relay.

Fleming was first against the Tigers on both the 1- and 3-meter boards, posting scores of 216.55 and 234.65. Simons was a 3-meter winner at DePauw (206.30) and second on the 1-meter (196.45), one day after winning both events in a home dual against Wabash (225.65 at 1 meter, 210.00 at 3 meters).

Franklin puts its unbeaten HCAC dual-meet records on the line Friday (Jan. 23) when it hosts Rose-Hulman at 6 p.m.
