Box Score BEREA, Ky. - The Franklin men's soccer team made a trip to the Bluegrass State on Saturday (Oct. 5) for a meeting with the Berea Mountaineers in the first matchup between the programs as conference rivals. 

Sophomore Kalao Ebalo potted the first two goals of his Franklin (0-10-1, 0-2 HCAC) career in the first half, but the Grizzlies would ultimately fall to the Mountaineers (2-8-2, 1-1 HCAC) by a 3-2 score.

Franklin is back in action at home on Wednesday (Oct. 8) night, hosting the Transylvania Pioneers. Kick-off from Faught Stadium is set for 7:00 p.m.
