FRANKLIN, Ind. - The Franklin College men's soccer team brought their regular season to a close on Wednesday (Oct. 26) night, battling the Transylvania Pioneers on Senior Night at Faught Stadium.
The Grizzlies fought one of the league's top teams for 90 minutes in need of three points to advance to the post-season. But when the final horn sounded, neither side had the go-ahead goal and the two sides settles for a 0-0 draw.Â
The first quality scoring chance of the night went to Franklin in the eighth minute but
Angel Tapia's go-ahead bid was turned back. Both teams would combine for 15 shots the rest of the night in a game dictated by both defenses.Â

Ian Rowe made seven saves in goal for FC, picking up his third career clean sheet.Â
