Franklin, Ind. - The Franklin College men's soccer team lost a 4-0 home match to Transylvania University on Wednesday evening from Faught Stadium. The Grizzlies stand 1-1 in Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) play.

Transylvania (6-2-4, 2-0 HCAC) found the back of the net in the 24th minute before adding three second-half goals.

Senior Austin Fundenberger (Indianapolis, Ind./North Central) attempted three shots in the match for the Grizzlies.

Franklin (4-6-1, 1-1 HCAC) returns to the pitch on Saturday, October 10, at 3:30 p.m. when it travels to Defiance College. Live statistics of the match will be available.
