A former Division III student-athlete in track and field, Sadkowski comes to the Grizzlies following a stint at the University of Indianapolis where he was a graduate intern within the athletic department while also competing on the UIndy track and field team. Before making his way to Central Indiana, he was a four-year member of the track program at North Central College, where he was named Academic All-CCIW in 2020 and holds top-10 marks for the program in both the hammer throw and weight throw.

He holds a BA in marketing from North Central College that he completed in 2021 and is in the process of earning his Master of Science in Sport Management from UIndy.
