2019-20: Competed in one cross country event and every indoor track meet...claimed a new PR in the 6K at the Hanover Invitational on Sept. 7...set a new PR in the 600-meter run at the DePauw Indoor Invitational on Feb. 15...finished with a season-best time in the 800-meter run at the Tiger Small College Invite on Feb. 7, clocking in at 2:21.17.

2018-19: Competed in five cross country events, recording his best time of the fall at the Jenna Strong Invitational (Oct. 12) at 29:39.8...earned a PR time of 2:58.74 in the 1000-meter run at the Little Giant Open on Jan. 12, taking 11th place in the event...set a PR in the mile with a time of 5:06.42 at the Friday Night Invitational on Jan. 18.

2017-18: Took part in all six events during his first cross country season...took 17th place with a time of 18:06.1 at the Franklin Sodexo Grizzly Invitational (9/2)...recorded a season-best time in the 8K with a 28:58.3 at the HCAC Championships, earning a 41st place finish (10/28)...placed 38th in the mile run at the DePauw Indoor Invitational (2/10) with a season-best time of 5:10.63...member of the FC distance medley relay team at the HCAC Indoor Championships that finished seventh with a time of 11:34.95...placed 15th in the 3000 steeplechase at the HCAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 11:54.30.

Prior to Franklin: Earned All-County honors as a junior and senior at South Putnam...chosen as an all-conference selection as a freshman and senior...member of the school's record-holding 4x800-meter relay team.

Personal: Son of K.J. and Christine Vadermark...enjoys fishing, hiking and camping...Biology and Pre-Vet major.
