Biography
2023 track and field: Set a personal best in the high jump, 1.78m, and 200m dash, 24.06. At the HCAC Indoor Championship he placed 8th in high jump, 7th in the 400m, and was a member of the 4x400m team that placed 2nd (podium). At the HCAC Outdoor Championship he placed 11th in high jump, 10th in the 400m, and was a member of the 4x400m team that placed 3rd (podium).

2024 track and field: At the HCAC Indoor Championship he placed 10th in the 400m and 19th in the 200m. During the outdoor season he set his personal record in the javelin throw, 52.88m. At the HCAC Outdoor Championship he ran a personal best in the 400m, 50.62, and placed 6th. He also finished 1st in the javelin throw (podium) and was a member of the 4x400m team that placed 2nd (podium).
