2021 cross country: Ran a season best 26:07.1 in the 8k and placed 10th at the HCAC Championship race, earning All-Conference honors.
 
2022 track and field: Places 6th at the HCAC Indoor Championship in both the 5k and the 2800m. Asplund runs a personal best 5k with a time of 15:24.91. He placed 7th in the 5k and 8th in the 10k at the HCAC Outdoor Championship.
 
2022 cross country: Asplund placed 5th (All-Conference) at the HCAC Conference Championship with an 8k time of 25:24.6, a school record at the time.
 
2023 track and field: Runs a personal best, 4:36.30, in the mile. Placed 7th in the 3k and 9th in the 5k at the HCAC Indoor Championship. At the Outdoor HCAC Championship he placed 5th in the 10k and 8th in the 5k.
 
2023 cross country: He placed 6th (All-Conference) at the HCAC Championship, and set the school record in the 8k, 25:15.3, one week later at the Great Lakes Regional Championship.
 
2024 track and field: Placed 15th in the 3k and 12th in the 5k at the HCAC Indoor Championship. He set personal bests in the 3k, 8:53.19, and 1500m, 4:11.43. At the HCAC Outdoor Championship he ran a personal best in the 10k, 32:15.45, and placed 7th. At that meet he also placed 6th in the 5k.
 
2024 cross country: Ran a best of 26:13.9 in the 8k and placed 12th (All-Conference) at the HCAC Championship.
