2018-19: Earned All-HCAC honors with a seventh-place finish at the conference championships with a time of 26:33.9...smashed his previous PR at the Jenna Strong Invitational with an 8K time of 26:08.8 and a 30th place finish...paced the Grizzlies at the regional championships with a 54th place finish and a 26:19.2.

2017-18: Opened the year with a sixth-place showing at the Sodexo Grizzly Invitational (9/2), clocking in with a time of 16:46.3 in the 5K race...had his best showing in an 8K race at the Great Lakes Regional, finishing with a time of 27:38.9...earned a third place finish in the mile run at the Engineer Invitational (1/26), clocking in at 4:37.77...set a new PR in the 3000-meter race with a 9:12.82 at the DePauw Indoor Invitational (2/2)...clocked in with a new PR in the mile at the DePauw Indoor Invitational (2/10) on week later with a time of 4:36.91.
