Biography
2022 cross country: Ran a season best, 27:00.5, in the 8k at the HCAC Championship where he placed 23rd.
2023 track and field: He placed 13th in the 5k at the HCAC Indoor Championship. At the HCAC Outdoor Championship he placed 10th in the steeplechase.
2023 cross country: Placed 25th at the HCAC Championship. Then two weeks later ran a personal record, 26:38.3, in the 8k at the Great Lakes Region Championship.
2024 track and field: At the HCAC Indoor Championship he placed 14th in the 5k. During the outdoor season he set personal records in the 1500m, 4:31.97, 5k, 16:22.03, and at the HCAC Outdoor Championship he ran a best in the steeplechase, 10:04.43, where he placed 7th, he also placed 18th in the 1500m.
2024 cross country: At the HCAC Championship he ran a season best, 27:20.2, in the 8k and placed 30th.
