Biography
2022 cross country: Ran a season best, 26:51.8, in the 8k. Placed 20th (All-conference honorable mention) at the HCAC Championship.
2023 track and field: At the HCAC Indoor Championship he placed 6th in the mile and 10th in the 3k. He would go on to place 12th in the 1500m and 14th in the 5k at the outdoor championship.
2023 cross country: He ran a personal record, 25:26.4, in the 8k. At the HCAC Championship he placed 13th (all-conference).
2024 track and field: He set a personal record in the 3k, 8:55.94, and placed 6th at the HCAC Indoor Championship where he also was a member of the distance medley relay that placed 3rd (podium). During the outdoor season he ran a best in the 5k, 15:40.3, 1500m, 4:11.34, and 10k at the HCAC Outdoor Championship, 32:58.56, where he placed 10th and 13th in the 5k.
2024 track and field: Ran a season best, 27:29.4, in the 8k.
