Biography
2022 cross country: Finished 19th (All-Conference Honorable Mention) at the HCAC Championship where he ran a season best of 26:45.6 in the 8k.
2023 track and field: Placed 14th at the HCAC Indoor Championship in the 5k. At the HCAC Outdoor Championship he set season bests in the 10k, 34:18.45, where he placed 12th and in the 5k, 16:18.72, where he placed 15th.
2023 cross country: Ran a personal record in the 8k, 26:20.8 and at the HCAC Championship he placed 26th.
2024 track and field: Set a personal best in the 3k, 9:19.36, and at the HCAC Indoor Championship placed 10th in the 5k and ran,16:01.1, a personal record. At the HCAC Outdoor Championship he ran the 5k, placed 16th, and the 10k, placed 11th and ran a personal best, 33:13.56.
2024 cross country: At the HCAC Championship he placed 39th and ran a season best, 27:40.5.
