2012: Won the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference individual title as a junior (26:11.9)...named Most Outstanding Runner in the HCAC...three-time league runner of the week...helped team finish in third place overall...qualified for NCAA Division III Regionals...in track and field, was the HCAC champion in the 10K.

2011: Named to the All-HCAC team with a time of 26:51.21…was named HCAC Player of the Week in consecutive weeks after setting a school record at the “Men’s Blue” 8K with a time of 25:26 and winning the Lucian Rosa Invitational (8K) with a time of 26:26.

2010: Earned All-HCAC honors as a freshman with a seventh-place finish in the conference championships (26:34.09)...helped team finish second overall.
