2024-25: Posted personal bests at every distance during the outdoor track season: 2:21.79 in the 800 meters, 4:32.97 at 1,500, 5:06.68 in the mile, 9:48.79 at 3,000, 17:07.73 at 5,000 and 36:25.89 at 10,000 ... Ran a personal-best 6K time of 29:11.7 at the HCAC Cross Country Championships, where he placed 67th.

2024: Ran best times of 38:04.29 at 10,000 meters and 17:59.51 at 5,000 during the outdoor season.

Personal: Son of Eric and Kathie Adams ... Has one brother (Sebastian) ... A standout on the tennis court in high school before an injury steered him toward distance running ...
