Traci Hill was named head coach of the Franklin College cheerleading program in 2024. She brings a strong background in collegiate cheer, including experience as a Division II athlete at the University of Southern Indiana, where her team competed at UCA Nationals and earned a fifth-place finish.
Before joining Franklin College, Hill coached at Indian Creek High School in Trafalgar, Indiana. She continues to stay actively involved in the cheer community as a current member of USA Cheer.
Hill graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in communications and minors in sport management and entrepreneurship. Her passion for cheerleading, leadership and student-athlete development continues to drive her vision for the Franklin College program.
