Biography
2020 cross country: Ran a season best, 29:45.4, 8k and placed 46th in the HCAC Championship.
2021 track and field: Set a personal record in the 5k, 17:07.81. At the HCAC Outdoor Championship he placed 16th in the 5k.
2021 cross country: Ran a season best, 29:25.0, in the 8k.
2022 cross country: Set a personal record in the 8k, 28:02.3, at the HCAC Championship where he placed 40th.
2023 track and field: Was a member of the distance medley relay team that finished 5th at the HCAC Indoor Championship. At the HCAC Outdoor Championship he set personal records in the 1500m, 4:15.69, where he placed 14th and 800m, 2:04.81, where he placed 16th.
2023 cross country: Ran a season best, 32:46.6, 8k.
2024 track and field: Threw a personal record, 26.19m, in the javelin throw.
Prior to Franklin: Two-time all-conference and two-time semi-state qualifier while at Lincoln HS.
Personal: Son of Sean and Wendy Mullins...has one sister, Sierra...enjoys running, reading and listening to music.
