Biography
2021 cross country: Ran a season best 28:48.1 and placed 40th at the HCAC Championship.
2022 track and field: Placed 8th in the mile at the HCAC Indoor Championship and was also a member of the distance medley relay team that placed 1st (Podium). During the outdoor season Gough set many personal records - 5k, 15:57.58, 3k, 9:15.83, 1500m, 4:10.05. At the HCAC Outdoor Championship he placed 6th in the 1500m and 18th in the 5k.
2022 cross country: Gough ran a personal record, 26:31.9, in the 8k at the HCAC Championship where he placed 15th (All-Conference Honorable Mention).
2023 track and field: At the HCAC Indoor Championship he ran a personal record in the mile, 4:36.36, and placed 4th. He placed 11th in the 1500m at the HCAC Outdoor Championship.
2023 cross country: Ran a season best 28:42.4 in the 8k at the HCAC Championship where he placed 50th.
2024 track and field: At the HCAC Indoor Championship he placed 17th in the 800m, 16th in the mile and was a member of the distance medley relay that placed 3rd (Podium). He ran a personal record in the 800m, 2:01.37, placed 12th and placed 17th in the 1500m at the HCAC Outdoor Championship.
2024 cross country: Ran a season best, 29:27.1, 8k. Placed 90th at the HCAC Championship.
