RICHMOND, Ind. – The Franklin men's tennis team closed out the regular season with a dominant showing on Saturday (Apr. 27) afternoon, as Franklin bested Earlham 9-0 in a Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) matchup.
The Grizzlies (8-12, 2-4 HCAC) claimed all three doubles meetings in convincing fashion and won five-of-six singles matchups in straight sets.
The win cements Franklin as the fifth-seed in the upcoming HCAC Tournament, with the Grizzlies set to learn their opening round opponent by the end of the day Sunday (Apr. 28).
