LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Franklin women's lacrosse team made their first ever appearance in the Heartland Collegiate Lacrosse Conference (HCLC) final on Saturday (May 6) afternoon, taking on top-seeded Transylvania for a spot in the NCAA Tournament.
The Grizzlies' (9-6) saw the most successful season in program history come to an end, as the Pioneers (13-4) punched their ticket to the NCAA Tournament with a 21-4 victory.
Franklin got goals from
Jillian Schlieper,
Lora Adkins,
