LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Wednesday night's showdown between the Franklin women's soccer team and Spaliding University has been postponed due to unplayable field conditions. The Grizzlies and Golden Eagles were set to kick off at 5:30 p.m. tonight, but constant rain in the Louisville area has rendered Champions Trace Field unfit for competition.
No makeup date has been announced for this game. Check back with franklingrizzlies.com for an update on the re-scheduling of this game.
The Grizzlies will enjoy a bit of an extended break before their next home game which takes place on Tuesday, Sept. 19 at home against DePauw University. Kickoff from Faught Stadium is set for 7:00 p.m.
