Franklin College Women’s Lacrosse
Women’s Lacrosse started in February, 2012 as a new program for the Grizzlie athletic department. Women’s Lacrosse will be a fully funded varsity sport at Franklin College and a great addition to an already long and proud history of academic and athletic traditions.
Our goal is to provide the best possible environment for the student-athlete to excel both academically and on the field. Our lacrosse program will be competitive; and will win. If you are committed, dedicated, and have a desire for success, then Franklin College is the place for you!
We have rapidly attracted some great athletes from on campus including several girls who played lacrosse in high school. In the spring of 2012 we held development clinics and trained more than 20 women with the skills necessary for lacrosse. This has provided Franklin College with a solid foundation to launch the program into the Spring 2013 season.
Are you a spectator or are you a competitor? Why not continue or even begin your lacrosse here at Franklin College and become part of the best program in the Midwest!
